Below are our Terms of Service, which outline a lot of legal goodies, but the bottom line is it's our aim to always take care of both you, as a customer, or as a purchaser of the HEC program services. We've included many of these terms to legally protect ourselves, but if you have an issue, always feel free to email us at info&healthyeauclaire.com and we'll do our best to resolve it in a fair and timely fashion.
- Application of Terms
- By visiting and/or taking any action on Healthy Eau Claire, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the website, emails, or any other communication.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Healthy Eau Claire does not directly process payments through the website. We simply handle transactions safely to Stripe, our payment partner.
- Pay-as-you-go hourly classes are non-refundable. You are taking a space which we cannot refill if you do not attend.
- Purchase for hardware / products or store based items, you have 5 days to review. If your purchase fails to meet expectations, or is critically flawed in some way, contact Healthy Eau Claire and we will issue a full refund pending a review.
- Healthy Eau Claire programs related to PD / health are non-refundable after the first 2 weeks. If you have paid in advance and choose not to attend without cause, the first two weeks fees are non-refundable.
- You can cancel your subscription any time in conjuntion with notifying us of your cancellation.
- The issue of refunds is at the complete discretion of Healthy Eau Claire.
- Support for a program in terms of donations and subscriptions are welcomed and we thank you for your support
- You can use the website donation pages to donate directly, subscribe to monthly support or make a one off donation.
- We list clearly on the website the areas where the donations are used and reinvested.
- First and foremost we want to make sure the program supports those in need
- Ownership of the program methods and all methods unique to HEC is owned by Healthy Eau Claire. We aim to protect our methods so you recieve professional services governed by our team, health experts and medical practitioners.
- Health program subscriptions are a benefit for those who follow our terms and policies. We may at any time suspend a program and notify you why, along with replacement or improved services.
- We can remove any program content for any reason at our own discretion and will happily share with you why. This will typically only be exercised for issues needing immediate resolution, such as locations for attendance or issues affecting our ability to provide you service.
- You indemnify us against all losses, costs (including legal costs), expenses, demands or liability that we incur arising out of, or in connection with, any claims against us relating to your use of Healthy Eau Claire.
- Trainers have their own liability insurances and the locations we operate in have theirs to ensure your safety.
- We are a small operation, but we work hard to make sure your data remains safe and we only collect what is needed to provide our services. If you want to request an export of your data, a modification to any data we have related to your account, or delete of all data permanently, please email info&healthyeauclaire.com and we'll complete your request in a timely manner.
